The Police, The Cops, The Order. THE STATE. While you may think all 4 of those words are the same- you are wrong. They represent so much more than Police. Order itself would make more sense to mean a judge and jury. The State would be the government structure- which is what the The Police (Cops) protect and serve- instead of you and me.
